Table Booking Procedures

There are 3 procedures for booking the public area space on the main floor and the 2nd floor plus 15 area. The procedures differ depending on who you are and your purpose for booking.

TELUS Employees

TELUS Employees in the building can book a table on the main or 2nd floor to promote TELUS events or TELUS information. Pre-approval is required by submitting the on-line "TELUS Banner and Event Application Form", to TELUS Real Estate. The form to fill out is found on the TELUS intranet. Please include your cost centre on the form for charging of table and chairs set up and take down. Further details can be obtained by calling Michelle Neal with TELUS Real Estate at 403-530-3640.

F1RST TOWER Tenants - Non-TELUS employees

Tenants in the building can book a table on the 2nd floor to promote Tenant events or Tenant information. Contact H&R Property Assistant, Kim Dennison, at 403 662 8000 or e-mail at kimdennison@hrproperties.ca to make arrangements.

Third Party Vendors

Third party vendors can book a table on the 2nd floor to sell items. There are restrictions to the types of companies and types of items sold. Pre-approval is required and payment of 15% of your gross sales is required. The monies collected are donated to local charities. Please contact Kim Dennison at 403-662 8000 or e-mail at kimdennison@hrproperties.ca to make arrangements. Vendors are responsible for set up and take down of tables and chairs.
