Cleaning is undertaken during the day in most of the the offices in the tower. Cleaners will not enter offices where the door is closed. If your office misses a scheduled cleaning you can schedule another one by contacting your tenant services team.
Washrooms and kitchens are restocked and cleaned on regular schedules depending on the local usage pattern.
If you discover a cleaning issue, employees of the major tenants should submit details through their respective company service teams, retail tenants should contact H&R on 403 237 6922 or email@example.com.
